Stacia Hunter-Bradham

Certified Health Coach

Hi There! My name is Stacia. I am a born and raised Bostonian.  Most of my career time has been spent 6 years in the Health Care field and 13 years in the Transportation sector.  More than a decade ago I became passionate about being fit, working out as a way to help cope with depression and over the past years that passion has expanded to me becoming a Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor and Intuitive Healer.  I have found my happy place in sharing my wisdom and knowledge with those closest to me and those of you embarking on your own healing journey.  As I deepen my practice and heal different aspects of self, it is my joy and pleasure to share it with the world.

To my Beautiful black communities, we are ONE!

Let's change generational habits by creating better ones.

I love to learn and have developed a passion for holistic healing and love to  share it.  I’ve had many moments on this journey that I can use as a testament that have lead me to you,  the desire to want to be of service to my community, however the first moment that I am hands downs proud to share is my home birth. My pregnancy was planned, my journey of healing and having a connection with self lead to me to having a home birth.  To be honest, it was not something I dreamt of, or had planned for years, at this time on my journey, there were so many heart-breaking stories regarding maternal mortality rates amongst black women and complications during childbirth, my soul desired safety and so I made a conscious decision to do so. Through mindful habits, and a great support system around, I carried full term and delivered my baby boy comfortably and safely right at home.(8lbs, 2oz).

Secondly I would be getting rid of fibroids. I found out during an appointment while I was 9 weeks pregnant and suffering from severe morning sickness, that I suddenly had 4 fibroids. This had been on my radar as women in my family have dealt with fibroids, also knowing that fibroids are relatively high in the black community. Six months postpartum, that became my focus through holistic healing. In August of 2023 I made a follow-up appointment and 3 out of 4 fibroids had dissolved. What I already knew, worked. I was so happy this day. None of this is by luck. I am committed to my own wellbeing and I am committed to yours.

My ability to create better habits, have lead to great changes mentally, physically and emotionally. I’ve become passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge with you all. My goal as your wellness coach is to help enrich your life with tools for a lifetime. Whether you are looking to conceive, expecting, postpartum or just looking for new tips for your family. I am here and excited to help.

Aside from being a geek about all things health, I enjoy a good laugh. I am silly and down to earth. I love motherhood! I make natural soaps and Body Creams, and I love to travel.

We're all healing!

Casual conversation with Stacia about alternative healing lead me to getting some herbs she had on hand. I gave them to my niece who said they worked right away for the issue she was having.
